Selective Mining Mod [1.21.4] [1.21.1] [1.20.1] – Java Edition

This tweak disables mining of blocks different from the one you first clicked on. This means that if you started mining, for example, cobblestone, you will only break it without releasing the left mouse button. This can be especially useful if you are using a pickaxe with a high efficiency level.
