NH&E adds an interface for items such as clocks, compasses, and return compasses. If the player holds one of these items in their hands, the boss bar will display corresponding information, containing the time, coordinates, direction, or the coordinates of the last death location (depending on the item). Additionally, events will now appear in the game, activated on specific dates.
