Multiplayer Sleep Data Pack [1.21.1] will add a voting system for sleeping in multiplayer mode. When one player goes to sleep, a vote to skip the night will be initiated in the chat. This will primarily help with AFK (away from keyboard) situations, as if a player doesn’t move for 5 minutes, they will be skipped during the voting.
