This mod introduces a mechanic from the game Demon’s Soul: the difficulty of the game will scale based on the number of player deaths. Depending on the number of deaths, the required number of sleeping players to skip the night will gradually increase, the maximum amount of health will decrease, and at the highest level, natural regeneration will be disabled. If 24 hours pass since the player’s last death, the difficulty counter will reset by one unit.
